Bio:
Originally from Colombia, Dr. Cesar Parra became one of the country’s leading riders and competed as at the 2004 Athens Olympics as part of the Colombian team. After a successful international career, Cesar relocated to the USA in 2008 to continue building Piaffe-Performance and competing as part of Team USA. 2011 brought big things for the competitor as Cesar traveled to the Pan American Games where he and the rest of Team USA brought home the Gold.
Splitting time between his New Jersey and Florida farms, Cesar continues to successfully compete both nationally and internationally. Piaffe-Performance offers tailored training for both horse and rider while providing focused care for optimal performance and longevity.
