Product Description

  • Multiple studies performed at Auburn University prove Releira’s effectiveness in addressing common reproductive issues in the broodmare like post-breeding inflammation and fluid, along with reducing the number of breedings per confirmed pregnancy.
  • In stallions, DHA has long been utilized to improve sperm counts, motility and quality.  Due to its effectiveness and Arenus’ strict quality standards, Releira is the DHA supplement of choice for leading industry professionals.
  • Research performed at the University of Florida has proven foals receive cognitive benefit from supplementing broodmares with Releira throughout pregnancy and while nursing through maternal transfer.
  • Unlike other stallion and broodmare supplements, Releira uses a concentrated source of algae derived DHA as opposed to DHA from fish oil.  As herbivores, horses can better utilize the DHA in Releira which maximizes the clinical results.
  • The algae derived DHA utilized in Releira bypasses the palatability issues experienced in other Omega-3 products by decreasing the “fishy” smell and taste.

Research has proven Releira an effective broodmare and stallion supplement while providing solutions for common reproductive complications.  Auburn University studies showed significant improvement in post-breeding inflammation and conception rates when Releira was fed to broodmares with a history of these complications [1] [2].  The purified, algae-derived DHA in Releira provides your mare with the most bioavailable, concentrated source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids available.

University of Florida research evaluated Releira’s effectiveness as a broodmare supplement throughout gestation.  These studies found the foals of mares supplemented with Releira had improved cognitive development and trainability due to DHA transfer during gestation and by maternal transfer after foaling [3] [4] [5]

Leading industry professionals turn to Releira to support their stallions throughout the breeding season.  DHA has long been utilized to improve common fertility issues like sperm production, motility and quality.  Releira is a unique, patent-pending, daily feed supplement that contains the purest form of DHA available and offers your stallion an unparalleled foundation.

  1. Big Improvement!

Posted by Vista Equine Colorado, LLC on Sep 13th 2017

Started using this product on our stallions and were able to see an marked improvement in their concentration and motility, resulting in higher pregnancy rates. Our stallions ate the product in their feed easily. We would recommend this product to any stallion owner and/or manager looking to improve their stallions overall reproductive health.

  2. Horse won't eat it

Posted by Melissa on Feb 24th 2017

Purchased this extremely expensive supplement on my Vet's recommendation to help my older maiden mare conceive. Granted, it's only been a few days but I've tried everything and she refuses to eat it. And this is a horse who eats everything, no problem! Next step will be to mix it with applesauce and use a large syringe, but what a pain that will be. Not happy...

  3. using due to mare having difficulty carrying

Posted by viva on Jul 12th 2016

I just started using this product on my mare. We are doing the 2 cups per day dose. We are late in starting her since I just found out about the product. If she doesn't carry this cycle. I will have her on it for next year breeding.

I just want to mention - She does not like it. My mare is an extremely picky eater. She won't eat most supplements even masked in an apple fruit mash. She's only been on it for a week. I may start using a syringe to get it in her. Too expensive for her to not eat it. I'm sure most people won't have this problem.
