Download the Assure Advisor FREE through the Apple Store or Google Play Store. The Assure Advisor is developed exclusively for veterinary professionals. Available for Phones or Tablets (and also having a desktop version “The Assure Advisor Practice Manager”) it is perfect for use across all platforms. The program is multiuser friendly with all veterinarians within your clinic able to share a database of patients, treatments, and prescriptions.

We know that you and your colleagues recommend the Assure products and the Assure Advisor provides a painless way for you to use different approaches for different digestive conditions. You can choose to treat with the Assure System approach applying several Assure products which work together or with the Assure Guard Gold, the all in one “Ultimate Digestive Aid” solution

After a treatment protocol is selected you can add practitioner comments and email all treatment plans to your client in seconds! The client email is automatically populated and you can copy the email to your own email box or the clinic. All treatments are also saved in the Treatment History screen for future reference.

One End User License Agreement must be digitally signed by one Veterinarian per clinic and an authorization code will be sent by email. One authorization code can be used for the whole clinic, including practitioners and techs!

Using The Assure Advisor

Adding Clients-

Patients and Client are Added Before Treatment
  1. Select clients
  2. Press the new button
  3. Last name & email minimum information required
  4. Select add to enter a patient or save to save the client without patient info
  5. Using add enter one or more patients
  6. Prior to exiting press save in the top right-hand corner

Adding Patient-

  1. Clients must be added prior to treatment. Contains Records for Individual Patients.
  2. Navigate to the desired client
  3. Press the add button to add one or more patients for the client
  4. Remember to press save when finished entering patients

Treating Patient-

  1. Press the treat button to develop a treatment plan to treat a patient’s condition
  2. Select the patient to treat from the list displayed.
  3. Patients are displayed in alphabetical order with the clients shown below
  4. A search function is available to quickly retrieve a patient or client name from within the list or scroll the list at your preference.

Selecting
Conditions/Categories

  1. Select the condition that you intent to treat from the list provided.
  2. Some conditions are broken into sub-categories.
  3. Select the best category that best fits your patient’s condition.
  4. If time allows additional clinician information is provided for your reference regarding the selection.
